We recommend shell and liner fabrics, elastics, drawcords, zippers, reflective materials, labels and branding methods. Available fabrics can support lower starting quantities, while custom-developed colors, fabrics or finishes may require higher minimums and additional lead time.
Our team develops the pattern and prepares the first sample. We check rise, crotch shape, stride allowance, hem opening, side split, liner support, waistband recovery and pocket placement. A standard running shorts sample usually takes 7–10 working days after details are confirmed.
You review measurements, fit, fabrics, colors, branding and functions. Movement testing can assess stride restriction, liner pressure, chafing points, waist movement, pocket bounce and access. Revisions are recorded in the approved specification before production.
After material confirmation and deposit, we arrange cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing and in-line inspections. Measurements, seam quality, waistband recovery, pocket construction, hem tension and branded details are checked during production.
