Our ODM Product Development Process
ODM development is designed for brands that have a creative direction but need technical support before manufacturing. You can start with sketches, reference images, mood boards, an existing garment or a written product concept. Our team then helps evaluate feasibility, recommend materials, develop patterns and construction, create samples and prepare the specifications needed for bulk production.
The process remains collaborative: you approve the design direction, materials, fit and samples before the product moves into production.
Concept Review & Technical Feasibility
Share your sketches, reference images, mood boards, existing samples or written product idea. Our team reviews the intended fit, construction, fabric direction, customization requirements, target quantity and price expectations to identify a practical development route.
Pattern & Material Development
Based on the approved direction, our pattern team develops the initial pattern while suitable fabrics, trims and branding techniques are sourced or recommended. Material decisions consider product function, hand-feel, GSM, stretch, construction and target positioning.
Prototype Sampling
Once the initial pattern and materials are confirmed, the first prototype is developed for evaluation. The sample is reviewed for fit, measurements, construction, fabric performance, branding and overall appearance before revisions are made.
Revision & Pre-Production Confirmation
Your feedback is translated into pattern, measurement, construction or material adjustments. Revised samples are developed as required until the product specifications are ready for production confirmation.
Tech Pack Finalization & Production Handover
After the final sample is approved, key production specifications—including measurements, construction details, fabrics, trims, colors and branding requirements—are confirmed for bulk manufacturing. These approved references become the basis for production and quality control.
Private Label & Custom Branding Support
Both OEM and ODM projects can include private-label branding and packaging. Depending on your product requirements, we can support custom main labels, care labels, hangtags, zipper pulls, drawcord details, woven patches, polybags, mailers and other branded trims or packaging elements. Branding specifications are coordinated alongside garment development so placement, materials and finishing details can be confirmed before bulk production.
OEM Production Workflow
When your tech pack, specifications or approved sample are ready, our OEM workflow focuses on material confirmation, sampling, production execution and quality control.
Tech Pack Review & Costing
Send us your tech pack, measurement specifications, artwork and reference samples where available. Our team reviews garment construction, fabric and trim requirements, decoration techniques, order quantity and production feasibility before preparing a detailed quotation and development plan.
Material Confirmation & Sourcing
Once the project direction is confirmed, we source or prepare the specified fabrics, trims and branding materials. Stock materials can shorten development time, while custom-developed fabrics, dyeing or specialty trims may require additional lead time and higher minimum quantities.
Sample Development & Pre-Production Approval
An initial sample is developed to verify fit, construction, materials and branding against your approved specifications. After required revisions are completed, a pre-production sample or final approved reference is confirmed before bulk manufacturing begins.
Bulk Production with Integrated QC
Bulk production follows the approved sample and production specifications. Our 5+1 quality-control system places inspection checkpoints across incoming materials, cut panels, sewing, decoration and finishing, followed by 100% final garment inspection before packing.

Finishing, Packing & Shipment Preparation
Approved garments move through final trimming, ironing, folding, labeling and packaging according to the buyer’s specifications. Packing details, carton markings and shipping documentation are then checked before the order is released for shipment.
Design Confidentiality & IP Protection
Your product concepts, tech packs, artwork and project information are treated as confidential business materials throughout development and production. Project files are shared internally only with the teams involved in sampling, sourcing, production and quality control.
For projects requiring additional confidentiality, NDA arrangements are available before detailed design files or commercial information are exchanged. Ownership of custom-developed patterns, technical files and design elements is defined according to the agreed development terms and project scope.
