We recommend suitable stretch fabrics, waist elastics, labels, pocket components and branding methods. Available materials can support lower starting quantities, while custom-developed fabrics may require higher minimums and additional lead time.
Our team develops or adjusts the pattern and prepares the first sample. We check waistband support, rise, hip and crotch shaping, thigh opening, pocket position, hem stability and overall compression. A standard gym shorts sample usually takes 7–10 working days after details are confirmed.
You review the sample and provide comments on fit, measurements, fabric, color, branding and construction. Movement checks can include squatting, bending, walking and seated wear to evaluate coverage, waistband behavior, leg ride-up and comfort before approval.
After material confirmation and deposit, we arrange cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing and in-line inspections. Measurements, seam quality, waistband recovery, pocket construction, hem tension and branded details are checked during production.
