For standard cut-and-sew shorts using available fabrics, MOQ starts from 100 pcs per style per color. Custom fabric development or custom dyeing generally requires 300–500 pcs per color. Seamless shorts typically start from 500 pcs per style, color and size due to yarn allocation, knitting-program setup and machine requirements.

Ride-up depends on fabric recovery, garment fit, inseam length, leg-opening circumference and movement. Depending on the design, we can evaluate silicone grips, elasticated hems or knit-in structures during sampling. The final construction is selected according to comfort, activity and fabric behavior.

3.Do you produce 2-in-1 shorts with the liner attached or detached?
We support different liner attachment constructions.
