For standard cut-and-sew activewear using available fabrics, MOQ starts from 100 pcs per style per color. Custom-developed fabrics or custom dyeing generally require 300–500 pcs per color, depending on the material and process. Seamless activewear typically starts from 500 pcs per style, color and size because of yarn allocation, knitting setup and machine programming.
