WHY THIS CUSTOM GRAPHIC T-SHIRT?
The 250 GSM cotton fabric establishes the weight and physical character of the garment. At the same time, the digital print and garment-washed finish create an important process relationship: the final appearance of the artwork needs to be considered together with the visual effect created by washing.

When garment washing is introduced, the fabric appearance and garment dimensions need to be considered together. The development focus is therefore to establish the intended washed appearance while keeping the finished garment aligned with the approved pattern and overall streetwear silhouette.
Fabric, Pattern & Wash Development Coordination
Treat fabric, pattern, and washing process as interrelated development variables. For graphic t-shirts using available fabrics, MOQ generally starts from 80–100 pieces per style and color. Custom fabrics or special developments may require higher quantities.
Can the cotton fabric and GSM be customized?
Yes. The cotton fabric can be developed according to the desired garment hand feel, weight, surface, color, and streetwear positioning. Different fabric weights and structures can be considered for different brand requirements. The final GSM should be confirmed during product development rather than assumed from this case.
