Tie-spray washing is intended to create irregular patterns, but completely uncontrolled application can produce excessive white areas, unbalanced fading, or garments that look unrelated within the same production run.
Controlled Tying and Spray-Zone Planning
Our wash-development team defines how the hoodie should be folded, tied, and exposed before treatment. Key zones across the sleeves, chest, hood, pocket, and lower body are planned to create natural variation while preserving a recognizable collection-wide wash direction.
Achieving Strong Contrast Without Damaging the Fabric
A visible tie-spray effect requires enough color removal to create contrast. Excessive chemical exposure, however, can weaken fibers, create harsh hand feel, or cause uneven surface damage.
Fading Strength and Neutralization Control
